The carers are very friendly, try to learn new things as quick as possible, carry experience from previous clients meaning that they are quick to learn, they treat the client with respect, listen to constructuve criticism and tend to be flexible with last minute shift offers.

I have been using Medipro24 since January 2025, and I must say that while we had some challenges with carers at the beginning, what really stood out was our Client Manager. She always listened carefully to our feedback and did her best to resolve any issues. That showed me that she genuinely cares about both her clients and the quality of the service. Now, almost 18 months later, Medipro24 continues to support my father, who has dementia. I honestly couldn't have managed without their help.
